Lumvaney™ wants customers to have a clear process when an eligible electronic product needs to be returned. Honeywell Electronic Materials reviews return requests according to product condition, the information supplied with the request, and the return terms applicable to the order.

A product considered for return should generally be kept in appropriate condition and include the accessories, components, manuals, or packaging originally supplied when reasonably applicable.

Customers should contact support before sending an item back. Returning an item without the appropriate return instructions may delay identification and processing.

Return eligibility must fall within the applicable return period displayed by Lumvaney™ for the order.
